“Electromobility in practice”, an innovative training program hosted by University of Western Macedonia and DYPA in Kozani, Greece

The SEED project partner in Greece, University of Western Macedonia through its Centre for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning is kicking off an innovative training program in collaboration with the Public Employment Service (DYPA), aimed at unemployed individuals, seasoned professionals from traditional car workshops, and students in the Western Macedonia region, on 11/07/2023 in Kozani, Greece.

The comprehensive program spans 62 hours, blending 27 hours of theory with 35 hours of hands-on practical workshops with a mission to equip them with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to repair and maintain electric or hybrid vehicles.

Upon successfully completing the program, each trainee will receive a Certificate of Vocational Education and Training from the Centre for Continuing Education and Lifelong Learning at the University of Western Macedonia. This certification is a crucial stepping stone towards obtaining a High Voltage Vehicle Technician’s License.
